Our signal jammers operate under FCC Part 15 and may be used only by federal agencies, state authorities, licensed institutions, and approved integrators.
Private or civilian use is strictly prohibited under federal law.
All deployments must comply with FCC spectrum rules and any applicable federal security directives.

European Union (Regulatory Authorization Required)

The use of RF-jamming systems in EU member states requires formal authorization from national communications authorities.
Permitted users include government agencies, defense/security entities, correctional institutions, and licensed critical-infrastructure operators.

United Kingdom (Ofcom Regulations)

Under Ofcom legislation, RF jamming equipment is restricted to government authorities, defense users, and national-security facilities.
Commercial operation without explicit authorization is prohibited.

Australia (ACMA Regulations)

ACMA classifies jamming technologies as prohibited devices.
Only defense, law enforcement, and certified government bodies may deploy such equipment under controlled authorization.

Singapore & Mainland China

Deployment requires central regulatory approval. Allowed environments include secure testing facilities, confidential labs, correctional institutions, critical-infrastructure zones, and other government-designated locations.

Brazil (ANATEL Regulatory Framework)

ANATEL authorizes RF jamming equipment only for public security forces, penitentiary systems, and approved institutional environments.
Unauthorized importation or operation is prohibited.

Mexico (IFT Compliance)

IFT regulations permit usage only by government agencies or institutions operating under direct authorization. Civilian use is not permitted.

United Arab Emirates (TDRA Regulations)

TDRA restricts jamming systems to military, government, national-security agencies, and entities operating with explicit federal clearance.

Saudi Arabia (CITC/NCA Regulations)

RF interference devices fall under strict restricted-equipment classification.
Use is limited to defense units, national-security organizations, and licensed critical facilities with prior government approval.

Turkey (BTK Regulations)

The BTK authorizes RF blocking systems only for state security organizations, defense entities, correctional facilities, and controlled institutional zones.
Unauthorized public or commercial operation is prohibited.

India (WPC/DoT Restrictions)

Only defense agencies, law-enforcement units, and licensed government bodies may deploy jamming devices, with mandatory WPC approval.

Indonesia (Kominfo Compliance)

Kominfo classifies RF jamming equipment as restricted. Deployment is permitted only in government security environments, critical infrastructure, penitentiary systems, or institutions with prior approval.

South Africa (ICASA Regulations)

ICASA authorizes such devices exclusively for government security, correctional services, and high-security institutional sites.

Philippines (NTC Regulations)

Under NTC regulations, jamming devices may only be used by authorized government agencies, including law-enforcement, defense, and secure institutional facilities.

Safety, Standards & Technical Certifications

The system complies with applicable international standards, including CE, FCC, and RoHS.
It is engineered to avoid interference with aviation communication, emergency response systems, medical life-support devices, and other critical infrastructure when operated legally and within authorized spectrum limits.

Export Control & ITAR-Style Compliance Statement

• This equipment may be subject to international export-control regulations, including restrictions similar to ITAR/EAR-type controls depending on the destination country.

• Buyers are responsible for ensuring full compliance with all export, re-export, and re-transfer laws applicable to their jurisdiction.

• Re-export or diversion to unauthorized countries, organizations, or end-users is strictly prohibited.

• The manufacturer reserves the right to deny shipment if the intended end-use, end-user, or destination raises compliance concerns.

• The manufacturer supplies this equipment solely for lawful, government-approved, or institution-authorized applications.

• Customers must obtain all permits, authorizations, and regulatory approvals required for deployment.

• The manufacturer assumes no liability for illegal, unauthorized, or improper use.

• Performance depends on local spectrum conditions, regulatory constraints, installation procedures, and environmental factors.

• Any modification or operation outside authorized technical parameters voids all warranties and compliance guarantees.
