Will anti drone guns interfere with other electronic devices working properly?

No, they won't. This is because the electromagnetic signals emitted by the drone blocker fall within the operating frequency ranges specified by national regulations and only serve to block 

Is the anti drone gun harmful to human body and cell phone?

Users can rest assured that the strength of the emitted electromagnetic signals is very weak, and testing data shows that this level of signal intensity is far from posing any harm to the human body. Moreover, it only interferes with forward signals, preventing drones from establishing contact with their remote controls, hence, it will not cause any damage to the drone itself.

Is there a difference in distance between anti drone guns when used indoors and outdoors?

Yes, there is. Generally speaking, outdoor signals are used outdoors, so indoor jamming is less effective.  To be precise: whether used indoors, or outdoors, the effective range of the drone jammer is related to the current environment and surrounding conditions, such as the distance from the drone, the placement location , etc..
