400-6200MHz 50W High Power Anti Drone Module

DescBoost Digital anti-drone module utilizes advanced technology chips—gallium nitride(GAN), which uses a ceramic package and a copper gold-plated substrate process. This module has 50W high average output power in stable operation, good in-band flatness, and a small offset between upper and lower sidebands. This series of products have 400M, 600M, 700M, 900M, 1020M, 2020M, 2200M, 2300M, 3030M, 4140M, 4500M, 5200M, 58000M, 6010M, and 6200M frequencies.

Interface Definition

DC-24V: DC voltage 24-28V input terminal

RF OUT: (SMA head) Power amplifier module signal output terminal.

CTRL: Signal output control terminal (TTL level)

When "1" is set, the signal is on and the module has an output.

When it is set to "0", the signal is turned off and the module has no output.

Detection: Output power detection terminal (TTL level output)

When it is "1", the amplifier has output.

When it is "0", the amplifier has no output.
