Illegal drone activities—often referred to as “black flights”—have been occurring with increasing frequency this year, posing serious risks to both aviation safety and the orderly conduct of large-scale public events.
On May 12, the Yancheng stop of Jacky Cheung’s world tour was held at the Chengnan Sports Center. To enhance airspace security, local police deployed our DXK anti-drone gun for the first time as a key part of their concert security strategy.
That afternoon, an unidentified drone appeared above the venue, attempting to breach the security perimeter and conduct unauthorized aerial filming. Responding swiftly, law enforcement officers activated the Dexinkang anti-drone gun in repel mode. By emitting high-power, multi-band electromagnetic waves, the system successfully disrupted the drone’s control signal and forced it to return to its launch point—resolving the threat quickly, safely, and without disrupting the performance.

According to police, a total of six drones attempting to enter the restricted airspace were intercepted during the event. The operators and drones have been taken into custody for further investigation. The operation highlighted the reliable performance and real-world effectiveness of Dexinkang’s anti-drone technology in high-stakes environments, making it an essential tool in countering illegal drone activity.
The DXK anti-drone gun is compact, lightweight, and rifle-shaped, equipped with an optical sight for precise targeting. It can effectively disrupt drones within a 1,000-meter radius, forcing them to land or return. Designed for high mobility and rapid deployment, it is especially suitable for single-operator use during major events and temporary restricted zones.
DXK anti-drone systems have been widely deployed at high-profile events across China—including marathons, international expos, and large concerts—earning a solid reputation for their reliability and impact. Yancheng police praised the device’s performance and indicated their intention to prioritize its use in future operations.
As the number of drone users continues to rise and the risks of unauthorized flights increase, Dexinkang remains committed to technological innovation—delivering advanced, dependable counter-drone solutions for law enforcement, airports, government agencies, and critical infrastructure protection.
